About me
Making the decision to seek support is an act of courage and honesty towards yourself. I honor the process that has led you here. Perhaps you are looking for a place of complete authenticity, where you will not be asked to be "fixed," but simply to be, fully and without a mask.
My journey and my commitment:
My personal path has been marked by deep learnings, particularly within my own intimate relationship. The challenges I’ve faced and integrated there have become a source of understanding and practical tools for supporting those who wish to deepen and heal their own relationships.
Furthermore, a long practice of meditation and an exploration of the spiritual path have allowed me to recognize a subtle trap: the quest for transcendent states can sometimes hide an escape from our earthly emotions. Having realized this myself, I am particularly sensitive to accompanying "spiritual seekers" who feel stuck or disconnected, to help them find peace not in escape, but in the peaceful embodiment of all that is.
I also have intimate knowledge of the struggles of food compulsion, having experienced firsthand how radical honesty and listening to the body can untangle these complex patterns.
Influences
My work is nourished by the teachings of:
Ryan Hassen & Matt Nettleton, creators of Embodied Processing.
Dr. Laurence Heller (NARM model) for developmental trauma.
Gopal Norbert Klein for the Honest Sharing protocol, a powerful method for authentic and liberating communication.
Brad Blanton, whose teaching on radical honesty offers a path to freedom.
Ramana Maharshi, for his direct invitation into the question: Who am I?
And Now?
If these words resonate with you, I would be honored to accompany you.
I invite you to schedule an initial conversation, free of charge and without obligation, to see how we might walk this path of exploration and reconnection together.
