A Path Toward Authentic Connection

I deeply believe that what appears to be an obstacle on your path is, in reality, the path itself. Our work is not about fighting the parts of you that suffer, but about welcoming them with curiosity to recognize the intelligence behind these survival mechanisms and liberate the vitality bound within them.

If you struggle with constant anxiety, chronic fatigue, or the feeling of merging (losing yourself in others) or withdrawing to protect yourself: these are not flaws. It is simply your nervous system stuck in defensive reflexes from the past. Instead of fighting these symptoms, we bring them into the connection. By communicating what your body is trying to protect, you release this survival energy and transform it into aliveness: the capacity to truly lead your life rather than just surviving it.

I see my role a bit like that of a sculptor: I am not here to "fix" you, because your essence remains intact. Like Michelangelo, who spoke of removing layers of marble to reveal the statue already within, we work together to clear the protective patterns covering your natural capacity for joy and connection.

The Pillars of My Approach:

1. Moving Beyond Survival Mechanisms
Anxiety and exhaustion are often signals of a nervous system stuck in alert mode. We unconsciously carry old scenarios—anticipating that we will be attacked, ignored, abandoned, or controlled. By sharing these internal states at the heart of the connection, your body finally has the opportunity to realize that the danger is over. Anxiety dissolves where safety begins, revealing a steady presence that naturally reflects in your daily life.

2. Reclaiming Your Power to Choose
My practice draws on the NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to explore how you adapted to survive your past. These patterns—whether people-pleasing, withdrawal, or self-sabotage—are not mistakes, but survival strategies that have outlived their usefulness. By connecting to your heart’s desire, we work to untangle these old mechanisms. This process allows you to step out of automatic reactions and reclaim your agency, leading your life and relationships in alignment with your deepest aspirations.

3. Honest Sharing: Breaking the Internal Isolation
The goal of our communication is to regulate your nervous system. Internal isolation is fueled by "taboos"—those hidden parts of us we feel we must keep secret to be accepted. I use a structured method of naming exactly what is happening within you (thoughts, emotions, sensations) in the present moment. Bringing these secrets into the light of our connection is the key to releasing the suffering. As you share what was once unspoken, the weight of the past begins to lift, allowing your body to rediscover a natural sense of ease and connection with others.

4. A Somatic Foundation for Embodied Presence
While my work is relational, it is anchored in a "bottom-up" approach that addresses your biology directly. My certification in Embodied Processing allows us to expand your capacity to hold and transform your emotions without them becoming overwhelming. It is by fully inhabiting your body that you rediscover the freedom to be truly yourself, here and now.
