About me

FROM THE SOLITARY QUEST TO REST WITHIN CONNECTION

My path toward therapy was guided by a constant search: to understand what creates—and what can resolve—deep human suffering. While this journey began with studies and personal quests, it was at the heart of my own long-term relationship that the real work truly began.

INDEPENDENCE AS ARMOR

For years, I lived in a state of protective withdrawal. Unconsciously, I perceived closeness as a threat, fearing I would be invaded or manipulated. My independence was armor: I had built a bubble of thoughts that served as a refuge, allowing me—without even realizing it—to avoid the challenge of real vulnerability with another. At that time, admitting my deep need for connection and proximity was simply impossible.

THE TURNING POINT: DISCOVERING HONEST SHARING

The transformation happened when I stopped trying to "fix" myself alone—through meditation or self-improvement—and finally dared to bring my truth into the connection. Through the practice of Honest Sharing, I learned to name my internal states (fears, anger, the need to withdraw) the moment they emerged.

This is where protective mechanisms collapse and the search ends. I discovered a complete release: what Gopal calls "relational paradise"—a state of such deep rest where there is no more distance created by our projections, no more strategy, and no future state to reach. One is finally fully present.

AND NOW?

If these words resonate with you, I would be honored to accompany you on this path. I invite you to a free, no-obligation introductory call to explore what is present for you and see how we can, together, rediscover the simplicity of connection.

TURNING THE SYMPTOM INTO A COMPASS

This process transformed my relationship with compulsive eating. I realized it wasn't a lack of willpower, but a desperate attempt by my body to soothe the stress of isolation. Today, this situation has greatly improved. The compulsion is now a compass: it warns me as soon as I begin to cut myself off from connection to take refuge in my mind. When there is the security of connection, the need to compensate fades on its own.

WHAT I OFFER

As a certified practitioner in Embodied Processing (a somatic approach), I specialize in supporting individuals who feel trapped by anxiety or repetitive relational patterns. My work is also guided by the principles of the NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), in which I am currently specializing.

I help you unravel these old protective reflexes to rediscover the freedom of truly being there—with yourself and with others.

MY INFLUENCES

My work is a living synthesis of the approaches that transformed my own life:
NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)
Embodied Processing (Somatic approach)
